Job Description & Requirements Handle full sets of accountsPrepare and post journal entries under accrual basisResponsible for AP function under the supervision of AP coordinatorAssistant A/P with accuracy batches of accounts payable invoices (corrections made if necessary)Monthly bank reconciliationCredit card statement reconciliationUtilities bills reconciliationAssist in month-end and year-end closingProvide day to day assistance, and administrative and audit related activitiesPrepare invoices and credit notes.GST preparationHandle APPayroll computation and administrationMaintain fixed and intangible asset register, calculate insurance and tax schedulesPerform any other ad-hoc duties as and when requiredREQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting-related positionsAbility to work independentlyFluent in English and MandarinCandidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office
