Job Summary:
This role involves handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing databases, coordinating inter-departmental activities, assisting in preparing financial documents, and supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Office Tasks:
Handle filing, scanning, generating reports, and setting up for meetings.
Maintain and update portfolio databases on a timely basis.
Inventory Management:
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Quotation Management:
Issue and update quotations in the system (internal).
Source out quotations from external suppliers.
Inter-Department Coordination:
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate documentation for submission of payment vouchers and staff claims.
Assist in preparing annual returns and resolution of audited financial statements.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Perform ad-hoc clerical and administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Must possess a minimum educational qualification of SPM.
Candidate must have at least 1 year experience in office admin/front desk role in any industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word & Excel.
Preferable strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
Able to work under pressure, as this role requires multitasking.#J-18808-Ljbffr
