Responsibilities:
Assist in all matters pertaining to the administration job in the purchase department.
Responsible to prepare and issue all related documents such as Sales Order, Purchase Order, Sales Invoice, etc.
Arrange and coordinate delivering out invoices & stock to outlets.
Provide administrative support efficiently to the team such as filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.
Assist in ad-hoc duties or all other tasks as & when required by superior.
Job Requirements:
SPM / STPM / Diploma in Related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate and knowledge in MS Excel and software UBS.
Committed & able to meet deadlines.
Organization and multi-tasking skills.
Self-motivated, self-learner & able to work independently.
