Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise employee attendance records, including leave and working hours.
Assist in processing employee leave applications and ensure proper approval.
Support the management of other benefits such as annual leave and sick leave.
Provide support for employees who need information about company policies or procedures.
Compile and save documents related to employee leave.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain and ensure the office vehicle is serviced at the right time.
Make an appointment to service the office vehicle.
