About the roleWe are seeking a highly capable Administrative Assistant to join our team at Syntax Technologies Sdn Bhd in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day business activities.
What you'll be doing
Organize, maintain, and manage both physical and digital records to keep all essential documents up to date and easily accessible.
Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel plans for team members to ensure smooth coordination.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support, such as preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and updating customer databases.
Provide support to the customer support team by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and contribute to the successful execution of special projects and events.
Perform ad-hoc and other general office administrative tasks assigned.
Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
What we're looking for
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in business administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in a related field.
Possess good communication and coordination skills.
Has good initiative, follow-up skills, is well-organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
Possess experience & knowledge in software such as SQL Accounting System & CRM system is an added advantage.
Able to start work immediately.
