Admin Assistant/ Receptionist (Urgent Hiring)

Positions available in department as follows: Supply Chain/ ReceptionPlacement will be discussed during interview based on candidates' qualification and preference. GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIESCarries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Assists in data entry and preparation of documentation with practice of accuracy and confidentiality.Supports & answers relevant queries with polite and professional manner.Update calendars and schedule meetings.Performs other related duties as assigned by Superior. SPECIFIC TASKS (DEPENDS ON POSITION)ReceptionGreet and direct visitors to appropriate person or office.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights and hotel reservations.2. Supply Chain (Purchasing/ Logistic) Expedite open orders with vendors.Liase with vendors and customers to follow up order status.
 REQUIREMENTSDiploma or Degree in Business Administration or relevant studies.At least one (1) year of admin/receptionist experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Professional attitude and appearance.Detail and result-oriented personality is preferred.Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.Hand-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).Comfortable in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
