Details of the offer

Perform general admin functions including filing and scanning for digitalization of documents.-Responsible for front desk functions and guest reception.-Attend to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls appropriately and courteous manner.-Monitor the entrance authorisation of staffs and visitors to the office. -Assist in the planning and coordination off conference calls and meetings with bookings records.-To prepare / monitor and control the dispatch clerk's activities.-To distribute incoming mails (open and sorting) and couriers to respective personnel.-To arrange and monitor for outgoing mails. Record franking machine and arrange for postal. -Scan and disseminate letters/documents to respective person in charge accurately and in a timely manner.-Any other assignments and task from the superior which deemed to be appropriate and relevant. Education:-Minimum STPM / A Level, Diploma in Business AdministrationWorking Experience and Attributes:-Fresh school-leaver / graduates are welcomed to apply.-Team-player - willing to work with job-sharing arrangement.-Self-motivated, self-initiative, and self-discipline.-Knowledge in general office admin.-IT savvy, knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.-Good command of English is key.  Our Malaysian Government has issued this requirement to be included in your resume to us.
