Responsibilities:Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to customer queries and preparing
document.Able to perform team work and multitask.General administrative duties such as forms preparation, document, compilation and filing.Data entries: issuance of invoices and DO, quotation and etc.Performing other relevant duties when needed.Job Requirements:Candidate must posses at least STPM/Diploma level or above in any administration fields.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point.Good communication skills both, verbally and written. Fresh graduate and/or at least 2 years experience in manufacturing environment.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
