Job Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean and tidy environment at reception, meeting rooms and pantry.
Provide administrative assistance to different departments as required, including documentation for vendor registration and tender submission.
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Coordinate office meetings and events.
Arrange dispatch with 3rd party courier service on the goods/documents delivery to oversee/outstation.
Register project/business licenses with the government department.
Handle email and mail correspondence and manage office communication on a daily basis.
Distribute internal and external communications efficiently.
Monitor and replenish office and vending machine supplies on a daily basis.
Keep track of inventory and place orders as needed.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
Oversee office maintenance and liaise with relevant service providers.
Report and address any facility-related issues promptly.
Assist in Account Receivable matters such as follow-up on payment collection and sending SOA as needed.
Responsible for any ad hoc tasks assigned by Finance Operation Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Candidate with at least 2 – 3 years' relevant work experience is an added advantage.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Good in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English.
Independent, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multi-task.#J-18808-Ljbffr
