The Offer Opening within a company with a solid track record of success Opportunities for career growth & development Great work culture The Job Job Responsibilities: Sales & Operation: Follow up on customers' pending orders and liaise with relevant departments to provide daily updates to customers.
To update the portal on the promised date after confirming the delivery date from the respective department.
Ensure all orders are arranged and delivered as promised.
Keep the team informed about new orders.
Maintain daily updates on Asana.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Assist document controller and purchasers with any other administrative work.
Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
HR: Retrieve punch-in/out records and email them for the director's signature before sending them to HQ on a monthly basis.
Generate monthly attendance summaries.
Assist in handling the issuance and collection of employee belongings during onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in processing expenses, and claims for all employees.
Assist in processing leave applications for all employees.
Logistic & LMW: Prepare LMW documents for each customer delivery.
Ensure preparation of invoices and delivery orders (DO), coordinating with the finance team at HQ.
Coordinate with the supply chain team regarding incoming goods.
Handle customs clearance notifications for incoming goods.
Submit LMW documents monthly at the customs office (Wisma Kastam Lebuh Ayer Keroh) - Allow to claim transport expenses Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in administration related to logistics and LMW.
Proficiency in computer-aided systems such as Oracle or SAP.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Qualification: Diploma or equivalent.
The Profile You have at least 3 years experience within a Admin Assistant or HR Administrator role, ideally within the Industrial industry.
Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
You have working knowledge of LMW, Logistic, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Sales Operation You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments The Employer Our client provides turnkey manufacturing services to customers in a wide array of industries, from Semiconductor to Medical, Aerospace, Automotive and Oil & Gas.
