To provide support in preparation and collation of monthly reports
To maintain a good filing system and proper documentation
To assist in sourcing quotations, review and negotiation with suppliers
To perform accurate data entry in corporate resource system
To manage incoming calls/enquiries and provide feedback for malls, retailers and partners pertaining to ongoing campaigns
To keep track and monitor department reporting
Collate report on performance of all campaigns and provide comparison against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Work closely with Mall Marcom teams for collating any feedback on ongoing campaigns/digital program
Provide necessary support to the malls' Marcom as necessary to ensure alignment of practices, SOPs and procedures across malls within the country.
Collate and monitor public feedback for managers to work on improvement measures to project good image of the company/mall in customer service.
Gatekeeper for Marcom SOP and provide guidance and training
