Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and schedulingInvolvement in activities which include but not limited to implement and periodically review the administrative management system to ensure optimal efficiencyAssisting in various daily operations such as order supplies, etc.Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning and preparing documents as requested by managementAny other duties that may be assigned by the superior as and when required Skills
Computer literate with advanced skill in MS Excel and MS Office will be advantageExcellent command of English & Malay (verbal and written). Mandarin language will be an added advantageCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Profesional Degree in any fieldAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field id required for this positionFresh graduate encourage to applySelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong customer service and problem solving skillsPossesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-taskingAble to work at Nibong Tebal office
