Job Opening: Admin Executive Job Description:
As an Admin Executive, you will support daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication between departments. Your role is essential to keeping our office running efficiently and supporting both management and staff.
Responsibilities: Manage office tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.Assist in maintaining and organizing records, both physical and digital.Coordinate with suppliers and manage office inventories.Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and payment tracking.Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external contacts.Provide support to management and other departments as needed.Optional: Operation Support (Additional Allowances Provided).Optional: Content Creation Support (Additional Allowances Provided).Minimum Requirements: STPM/Diploma holders.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.Previous related job experience is an advantage.Why You Should Work With Us: We are a merit-based company.
