-To perform other duties and general administrative tasks as assigned


-Responsibilities will include handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance department. 


-Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of financial processes are essential for success in this role.


-To undertake any ad-hoc task and all other duties as instructed by the superior from time to time


-Assist and support other daily administrative duties


-Updating employee, client, and company data


-Handling correspondence and phone calls


-Book meetings and schedule events


-Order office stationery and supplies


-Managing office organization


-Writing reports and correspondence


-Ordering office supplies and equipment


-To ensure proper documentation records and filing


-Make travel arrangements


-Handle queries from managers and employees


- Organize, store and print company documents as needed

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.


-Required language(s): English,Malay


-Preferably Junior


-Must have basic accounting knowledge


-Computer literate


-Able to multiple task and organize


-Working 5 days/week (Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:45am)


-Able to read and write in English


-Good knowledge in Microsoft


-Basic of accounting knowledge


-Positive working attitude and willingness to learn


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
