Provide administrative support: manage correspondence, organize files, and assist with event coordination.Handle communication: respond to inquiries, maintain communication channels, and draft announcements.Manage membership: maintain resident database, process memberships, and support recruitment efforts.Assist with finances: process invoices, collect dues, and support budgeting activities.Engage the community: facilitate events, promote participation, and collaborate with committees. ?????? ????????????????????????: Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a community or residential setting.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with database management software.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.Knowledge of community engagement principles and practices is desirable.Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or meetings.
