We're on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Operations Executive to join our team and help keep the wheels turning smoothly.
Our brand "Oranje Tulip" is a growing F&B brand (focusing on Dutch snacks) that proudly opened its first store in mid-2024 at SS15 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
As we prepare to open our second physical store in Kuala Lumpur, we're looking for a dedicated individual to support us during this exciting phase of expansion and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:Handle receipts, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Administrative Support:Organize and manage paperwork, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Operational Coordination:Follow up with the Operations Manager on key tasks, such as license submissions, inventory and supplier communications.
Process Improvement:Assist in streamlining administrative and operational workflows.
Reporting:Ensuring that the team are adhering to SOPs and report any issues to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or operational role (F&B experience is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to learn, multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel across our stores within Klang Valley when necessary.
