Job ResponsibilityTo match delivery order against invoice and file the documentsTo generate sales order once received Purchase Order from customersTo ensure the price in customer Purchase Order is accurate with SAP systemAny other task as assigned by superior from time to timeAssist executive team with documentation, preparing quotation, sourcing for products, deal with supplierFollow up on purchase orders with supplier Accurately process customer transactions, main sales database and filling of documentationMonitor customer agingPoison documentationCoordinate shipments, monitor schedules to ensure timely deliveriesAd-hoc duties assigned by superiorJob RequirementsAble to speak and write Mandarin for communication with China country.Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork.Familiar with SQL accounting system.Job BenefitsWorking hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm Saturday 8.30am-12.30pmLocation: Putra Heights, Subang Jaya (3mins walking distance to Irt) Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional development and advancementSupportive work environment with a collaborative team
