General Job Scope:
Administers general activities: clerical activities check, mail replying, answering phone calls, greeting visitors.
Handles supplier & client communications, schedules appointments/delivery orders & updates client SOA.
Provides administrative support to the leadership team and other departments as needed.
Manages & processes invoices, creates & prepares payment vouchers, prepares & organizes documents.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Required to assist customers with ladies' garments
Speak CHI, BM, ENG.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome too (can work & learn) - at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent
Salary dependent while interviewing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good personality and able to work independently.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
Able to work overtime during peak season/when necessary.
