Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a motivated and resourceful **Administrative Assistant** to join our dynamic team in Malacca City. #### Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support:** Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing schedules, arranging meetings, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- **Data Management:** Collect, analyze, and leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations based on collected data for internal stakeholders.
- **Project Coordination:** Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Collaborate with team members to facilitate progress and address challenges.
- **Communication:** Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and conveying information effectively.
- **Document Preparation:** Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- **Office Management:** Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors to ensure a smoothly functioning work environment.
- **Travel Coordination:** Assist in travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks:** Participate in various administrative projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
#### Requirements:
- **Education:** An associate degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or a similar position.
