Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Teoh Chong Sey Sawmill Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and administration, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls and emails.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Handle any other administrative tasks as required by management to support the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications:
• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in administration or related field is preferred.
• Proven administrative or office support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 830 AM to 530 PM; Saturday 830 AM to 1 PM (available for shift work)
