Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative & backend support to the team.Participating on E-procurement/E-tender website.Provide quotations according to inquiries.Ability to make basic pricing judgments.A good basic understanding of sales processes.Work with team members to complete duties.Handle incoming phone calls for general & sales inquiries.Handle incoming and outgoing email.Liaise with suppliers/vendors.Assists in ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by Supervisor or Management. Job Requirements: Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.High integrity, responsible, good interpersonal skills, initiative & fast learner.Basic knowledge in Microsoft Software (Word and Excel) application.Knowledge in Autocount Accounting System is an advantageProblem solving skill, meticulous and results Ddriven.Able to manage time appropriately and meet deadlin.eAble to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated and able to multi-task.Strong willingness to learn, and has the ability to work as part of a team in a fast pace working environment.

Tanggungjawab kerja: Memberi sokongan dalam pentadbiran dan sokongan 'backend' terhadap pasukan.Menyertai dalam laman web E-perolehan/E-tender.Menyediakan sebut harga mengikut permintaan.Mempunyai kemahiran asas untuk menilai harga.Memahami asas dalam proses jualan dengan baik.Bekerja dalam pasukan untuk menyempurnakan kerja.Mengendalikan panggilan untuk pertanyaan am dan jualan.Mengendalikan emel masuk dan keluar.Berhubung dengan pihak pembekal/penjual.Membantu dalam tugas-tugas 'ad-hoc' yang diberikan oleh penyelia atau pihak pengurusan. Keperluan Jawatan: Graduan baru dialu-alukan untuk memohon.Berintegriti tinggi, bertanggungjawab, kemahiran interpersonal yang baik dan pelajar yang cekap.Pengetahuan asas dalam aplikasi Microsoft Software (Word dan Excel).Pengetahuan dalam Autocount Accounting System adalah kelebihan.Kemahiran penyelesaian masalah, teliti dan berpacukan hasil.Mampu mengurus masa dengan baik dan menepati tarikh akhir.Mampu berdikari dibawah penyeliaan yang minimum, bermotivasi dan mampu untuk melakukan pelbagai tugas.Kesanggupan yang tinggi untuk belajar dan mempunyai kemahiran untuk bekerja sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan dalam persekitaran kerja yang pantas.
