### **Job Description**

Petronas is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support our team on a part-time remote basis. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and contributing to the efficient functioning of our operations. ### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- **Communication Management:** Answer and direct inbound communications, including emails and phone calls. Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries, fostering a positive and engaging company image.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital. Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested. Perform data entry and accurately manage databases.
- **Project Coordination:** Assist in the coordination of projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and expenses. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Customer Engagement:** Act as a liaison between clients and the organization, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly. Support the team in exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight in every interaction.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for improved efficiencies in administrative processes and assist in the implementation of best practices.
- **Training and Onboarding:** Participate in training and professional development initiatives to enhance personal and team skills. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

### **Requirements**
- **Education:** A minimum of an associate degree or relevant field experience.
- **Experience:** At least 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a related industry.
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana).
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Adaptable:** Ability to pivot quickly and efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
