We are looking for a reliable and resilient Administrative Associate to support our operations in a part-time capacity. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**

- Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents such as reports, presentations, and emails.

- Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes during meetings.

4. **Data Management:**
- Support the team in managing and updating digital files and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct basic data analysis and reporting as requested.

5. **Project Assistance:**
- Provide support for various departmental projects, including research and compiling information.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement fresh ideas and solutions.

6. **Customer Service:**
- Address inquiries and provide assistance to clients and stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage feedback and facilitate communication between departments as necessary.

7. **Continuous Learning:**
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience; experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Familiarity with workplace collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana) is advantageous.
