https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/******** Responsibilities for Customer Support Highly engaging and resolve the guest's inquiries, complaint, and request promptly, and with courtesy.Communicate with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation.Reply to customer/guest inquiries on OTA (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Facebook, Instagram etc)Collecting necessary information from guest (Contact details and exact dates of their stay)Compilation of Data and ReportsFollow up with Guests after they check out (What are they satisfied with, what should be changed?)Preparation of Housekeeping ScheduleReviews AnalysisAssist with Check In & Out ProcessManaging ProcurementPerform ad hoc duties as requestedResponsibilities for Administrative  Assist guests with Checking InPerform ad hoc duties as requestedEntering of Airbnb Sales and Expenses into SystemOffice Management & Administrative Work Online Payment ProcessingJob Requirement: Language : MandarinLanguage : EnglishWhy join us : Flexi Hour on Monday and TuesdayCar Park allowanceAirbnb Stays and Trip13th Month performance bonus and retainer incentivesJob Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
