JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are an IT M&E Infrastructure company seeking competent individuals to be based in Salak South, KL :
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·      Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with experience in CRAC, InRow and Aircond installation, repair and troubleshooting. However, those with lower qualifications but with field experience of a minimum of 2 years will be considered.
·      Experience in supervising and training technicians (applicable for Service Engineer only).
·      Report writing skills and computer literacy is essential.
·      Self-starter and customer service oriented.
·      Independent, willing to work long and odd hours, flexible, cool character with common sense and analytical mind.
Basic Job Functions:
· Led a team of experienced service technicians (applicable for Service Engineer only) to carry out routine maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of aircond systems.
·      Establish and maintain quality service standards and procedures.
·      Carry out audit in customer's data center facilities
·      Provide quality 24 x 7 service to "Mission Critical" facilities.
