Application Engineer (Base24, Atm) (Shift)

Job Description - Application Engineer (Base24, ATM) (Shift) (240001KR)
To provide system support for HP-NonStop, Base24 ATM application.
Perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation to Base24 ATM application.
Perform SIT testing on the production bug fixes.
To work closely with users to support UAT testing on the production bug fixes.
Perform regression SIT & support testing on production bug fixes/enhancements.
Perform program coding and fixes when needed.
Perform technical system improvements and automation.
Qualifications
More than 3 years of strong technical knowledge in programming using TAL, Cobol/SCobol, ENFORM, TACL, HP NonStop utilities.
More than 3 years of strong application knowledge in ACI Base24 ATM application covering N50 Device Handler, TSS, AKDS, Authorisation, Host Interface and BIC/BICI & familiarity with ATM.
Good knowledge in Control-M and Connect Direct.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify the root cause of issues based on the behaviors and symptoms described by the user.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a proactive team player.
