Architectural Coordinator And Drafter

We are looking for a candidate who possesses at least a Diploma/Degree with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in building construction. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements:Good communication skills for effective follow-up and attention to detail.
Able to speak in English and Mandarin (preferred).
Ability to interact with all levels in a professional & responsive manner.
Display maturity and ability to handle stress.
Willingness to learn and progress.
Enthusiastic team player.
Can accept work from home from any state.
Responsibilities:Design & prepare architectural/landscape drawings for the approval of clients and consultant requirements (shop drawings and as-built drawings).
Prepare & draft correspondence letters and emails for all project-related matters.
Coordinate with in-house workers, foremen, and subcontractors for all project-related matters.
Prepare & certify claims for onward submission.
Coordinate with main contractors for all administrative coordination and assist with site coordination if necessary.
Responsible for filing and archiving all drawings.
Any other ad-hoc assignments given by management from time to time.
