Overall responsibility to assist the Senior Team in the 3D design/Graphic/CAD drawing input to the project.Carry out the stages in the 3D design/Graphic/CAD Drafting & construction development are following appropriate procedures i.e. stages in planning, concept, schematic, detailed design and construction.Provide 3D design/Graphic/CAD support within the project team.Attend a client's briefing and site visit in order to understand the site condition and specific requirement of the project.Work closely with the team in developing design proposals and presenting to clients.Handling all design related scope including conceptual design, space planning, detailing and construction drawing.Site visit to ensure projects are developed according to the specification and requirement.To resolve design related issues at all stages for the project.Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.Source materials and products included in plans.Utilize computer applications in the design process.Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goalsTaking care of Purchase Order with Supplier such as Quantity and Prices also liaise with consultantTaking care all Purchase Order Record due to Payment/Claim MattersFollow up financial matters / payment from client, in accordance with contractWork within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.To attend Technical Meeting & site Meeting & Technical soundAble to work long hour to meet deadlinesPrepare defect list, arrange workers to close defect, prepare QAQC report
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design or relevant field.
Proven experience in 3D Design illustration/Graphic/CAD or other relevant field.
Knowledge of ID Project Design, Management & Construction materials
1 - 3 years of working experience.
Proficient in 3D/Illustrations software, CAD, MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Interpersonal & Public Relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of Design Management, Technical Services and Construction Method procedures.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving and good teamwork skills & aptitude.
