Architecture Designer

Job Responsibilities
Collaborating with the project team to develop conceptual designs and schematic architectural plans, and detailed drawings.
Preparing schematic drawings, technical drawings, renderings, and 3D models to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conducting site analyses and feasibility studies as part of the design process.
Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry regulations.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's design processes, ideas, and standards.
What we're looking for
A Diploma/Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in architectural design software, especially AutoCAD & SketchUp.
Knowledge of technical skills in areas like construction detailing, building systems, and code compliance.
Experience in designing high rises and commercial projects and work independently, including coordination of works with other consultants.
