PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Acting as a Business Manager for Artistes by client management in coordinating and negotiating Artiste work bookings. Handling daily operational duties such as responding to client enquiries, settling contractual administrative work and billing to clients. Chaperoning Artistes onsite is an essential role of the job. Managerial positions will contribute to a sales target as well as take the lead in talent development and advisory role. *Please indicate your expected salary and availability to commence as part of our screening process. REQUIREMENTS 1. 2 – 5 years' experience working in Media/ Events/ Production/ Public Relations/ Advertising/ Social Media.
2. Keen passion in developing a career in the media/ arts/ theatre/ film/ television industry and talent management.
3. Highly organized and meticulous with administrative and logistic work.
4. A strong team player who loves to work with and for others.
5. Apt in networking and communications across all mediums with strong communication skills.
6. Good understanding social media and digital tools.
7. Knowledge of the arts, theatre, entertainment industry is a must!
8. Will need to work irregular hours, late nights, early mornings and weekends (if required).
QUALIFICATION Diploma / Degree holder in Media, Arts Management, Communications, Production related fields.
