Job Responsibilities:
Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers/laptops and office equipment.
Serving as administrator for various corporate software systems.
Providing support and resolving IT-related issues for staff.
Monitoring and maintaining network, servers, and CCTV for each factory.
Creating user accounts and managing access control to protect sensitive data.
Ensuring systems are secure and protected from breaches or viruses.
Maintaining face scan machine.
Assisting HR to collect attendance data on the system.
Ensuring all software is up to date and data is backed up.
Maintaining and monitoring email usage for each staff member.
