Assistant Architect

Responsible for design proposals, preparing working drawings for authority submission, tender, and construction.
Coordinate with client & consultants team to develop the design.
Liaise with relevant local authorities.
Assist the Architect in managing the building/project contract.
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Architecture, LAM Part I or II.
Minimum 2 years working experience in an architecture firm.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop.
Able to work independently, with good interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
