Assistant Finance Manager (Sitiawan) (Manufacturing)

You are responsible to be in charge of the Compliance & Reporting function of the company, overseeing regulatory compliance and producing accurate financial reports.

Description
You will be responsible to:
Oversee timely preparation of accurate management accounts and reports.
Ensure compliance with regulations and financial reporting requirements.
Manage audits, taxation, and SST matters.
Oversee consolidation of financial data for multiple legal entities.
Supervise the daily operations of the accounts department.
Review financial statements, reconciliations, and operational reports.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in tax filings and provide support for decision-making.
Profile
The ideal candidate should:
Hold a degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in a people management role.
Possess strong Excel skills.
Be proactive, with expertise in systems optimisation, self-motivated, and able to multitask, with a performance-driven mindset.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and can easily interact with management personnel across different functional areas.
Job Offer
You will be rewarded with an attractive salary of RM 6500 to RM 9500 monthly.
