Job description Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing, implementing, and revising HR policies, procedures, and strategies.Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance, support, and resolution as needed.Support the performance management process by assisting in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees and managers.Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing HR-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Assist in managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software systems to streamline HR processes and data management.Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition strategies to foster a positive work culture.Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.Prepare HR-related reports, metrics, and analytics to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with exposure to various HR functions.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Must come from Manufacturing industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
