Assistant Human Resource Manager

Key Roles:
Assist Human Resource Manager with HR operations and initiatives.
Provide HR support to APAC branches, ensuring policy alignment.
Prepare HR reports to support management decision-making.
Assist with recruitment, including job postings and onboarding.
Manage Trade Union matters, including negotiations and grievances.
Coordinate employee relations, conflict resolution, and discipline.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Support employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Provide administrative support for HR projects.

This role is perfect for candidates with professional HR experience, strong knowledge and experience in managing Trade Union matters, including collective bargaining and labor relations.
