Assistant Human Resources Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and organizational goals.
Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
Collaborate with business units to cultivate and sustain a high-performance culture.
Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management programs.
Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure efficient delivery of HR operations.
Continuously enhance the effectiveness of the HR Business Partner model.
Employee Relations and EngagementLead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
Handle complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Data-Driven Decision MakingLeverage HR analytics to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify trends and provide innovative, data-driven solutions to address organizational challenges.
Qualifications and RequirementsA Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of professional HR experience, preferably with proven expertise in the HRBP model and familiarity with the three-pillar HR framework.
A strong ability to build and sustain partnerships with business leaders across all levels.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in fast-paced, dynamic industries such as logistics or e-commerce is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
