ResponsibilitiesDrive Energy Services Strategic Procurement for Energy Services mainly in Vendor Management Program.
Establish and maintain company's approved vendor list.
Coordinate and monitor vendors' performance according to Key Performance Index.
Manage vendors' contracts.
Establish strategic frame agreements with vendors.
Monitor all procurement related activities in compliance with Group Policies and Authorities (GPA), Group Procurement Policies and Authorities (GPPA), and SD Industrial's Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (Procurement SOPs).
Responsible for Energy Services' Business Strategic approach and key strategic plans.
Continuously drive and monitor Energy Services Blueprint action plans.
Lead Business Continuity Management initiatives across Energy Services.
Drive Digital Marketing and branding initiatives for Energy Services, including but not limited to websites, digital catalogs, and company events.
Continuously monitor business cost-saving initiatives, business operation efficiency, and maximize value creation.
Act as Risk Champion for Energy Services, reviewing and updating on a quarterly basis.
Plan and coordinate Energy Services Group of Companies Monthly Operational Meetings.
Monitor financial deliverables for company and branches performance dashboard, including invoicing, inventory, hedging, VO, and vendors' payment.
Monitor fixed assets, CAPEX requisitions, Physical Fixed Asset Verification Exercises, asset disposal, and stock take.
Continuously update knowledge of company and related products and activities for effective job performance.
