Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of CSR strategies and programs aligned with the company's objectives.
Identify and assess potential CSR projects that align with the company's core values and social impact goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR activities into business operations.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of CSR projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, preparing detailed reports on outcome and impact.
Coordinate with external partners, including NGOs, community organizations, government bodies, educational institutions, and other corporate organizations to facilitate program success.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, community members, and partners.
Organize and participate in community engagement activities, ensuring positive brand representation.
Act as a liaison between the company and external partners to promote collaboration on CSR initiatives.
Prepare and present regular updates on CSR activities to senior management and other stakeholders.
Assist in the development of content for CSR communications, including reports, press releases, and social media.
Ensure transparency and accountability in CSR reporting, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Support fundraising efforts for CSR programs, identifying potential donors and partners.
Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for CSR activities.
Provide guidance and support to junior team member(s) and volunteers involved in CSR projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of CSR processes and policies.
Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and policies such as Prudential Group, Bank Negara, Registrar of Societies (ROS), LHDN, etc.
