Talent Acquisition & Industrial Relations
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and coordinating pre-employment medical examinations.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to fulfill manpower requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
Organize and participate in job and career fairs to attract potential talent.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including familiarization with company policies, induction programs, and ensuring completion of required documentation.
Ensure organizational charts are updated promptly to reflect new hires and internal transfers.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information and employment history.
Prepare and issue HR-related letters, including appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, contract renewals, and other official documents.
Update and maintain monthly reports on staff movements and changes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, providing advice and support on HR matters.
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters, including investigations and documentation, while ensuring fairness and compliance with regulations.
Support the implementation and monitoring of the Company's Safety and Health policies and initiatives.
Assist in maintaining a safe and conducive work environment.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and industrial relations.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrated knowledge of Employment Laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
Familiarity with HR systems and databases is an added advantage.
