Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Manage project execution, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
Lead cross-functional project teams, often including developers, analysts, testers, and other IT professionals.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure effective team collaboration.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and quality.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their expectations are met.
Provide regular status updates, including project progress, risks, and issues.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
Resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, including allocating resources effectively.
Ensure projects are cost-effective and deliver value to the business.
Technical Expertise & Innovation:
Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and integrate innovative solutions.
Provide technical guidance and ensure the technical integrity of projects.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with user needs.
Conduct testing, validation, and evaluations to identify and address defects.
Agile and Scrum Methodology Implementation:
Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
