Job DescriptionProvide legal support to the Group in all legal, operational, and contractual matters.
Review and draft contracts.
Conduct legal research and keep abreast of applicable laws relating to the Group's operations and advise on the impact of such changes.
Advise on the interpretation and implementation of the Company's policies to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, applicable laws, and industry standards.
Liaise with external advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Law and called to the Malaysian Bar.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 6 years post-qualifying experience, with a minimum of 3 years in legal practice.
Dynamic, self-driven, able to work both independently and as a team.
Resourceful, result-oriented, and reliable.
Possess good business acumen.
Meticulous in executing work, with a keen eye for details.
Able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
