JOB SUMMARY The Manager, Regulatory and Government Affairs will provide regulatory support to both internal and external stakeholders (MCMC, KPDN, JPDP and LEA including RMP and SPRM). This role will assist the Regulatory department and the head of the department in ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining positive relationships with regulatory bodies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Attend to regulatory compliance matters from the relevant authorities in the industry.
2. Maintain a cohesive and good relationship with all the relevant authority bodies.
3. Ensure the company's full compliance and cooperation to all regulatory compliance requirements and initiatives.
4. Present and portray good image of the company to the regulatory and government bodies.
5. Responsible to produce relevant documents such as reports and proposal when needed.
6. Prepare and present proposal from the company to the relevant authorities.
7. Source and identify opportunity from government agencies, which the company could benefit on.
JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS) 1. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Strong attention to detail with meticulous writing skills.
3. Ability to create and deliver clear, professional presentations.
4. Ability to negotiate with government bodies, regulators, and stakeholders.
5. Strong ability to organize and manage collaboration between internal departments and external regulatory bodies.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiary with Power BI and other applications that can streamline work processes and enhance user experience is an added advantage.
7. Legal skill set will be an advantage.

QUALIFICATION 1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Law, Business Management, Telecommunication or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of regulatory and compliance experience in a similar role.
3. Having a background in the telecommunications industry is a significant plus.
4. We are open to candidates at the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive level, and the final position will be based on your experience and expertise.
