Assistant Operations Manager (F&B)

Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism)
Manage daily front desk and back end restaurant operations.
Maintain and ensure high customer service level.
Solve operational problems i.e.
staff issues, customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Maintain appearance, preservation and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities.
Help plan and approve external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the food and beverages department.
Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate with at least 5 years' experience within F&B industry with specialization on food service management are encouraged to apply.
Preference for those with hotel working experience.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to be based in Pudu, KL.
Accommodation and uniform is provided.
