About the role

Layaran Pintas Sdn Bhd, a leading real estate development company based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a highly organised and experienced  Assistant Sales Admin  & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
What you'll be doing Managing customer databases, maintaining accurate records, and generating reportsTo handle Sales Administration function relating to on-going, under construction projects and completed projects.To liaise and follow-up with sales agents, bankers, lawyers and purchasers in regards to the execution of Sales & Purchase Agreement. To handle loan arrangements, documentations, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to Sales Administration.To ensure progressive payment are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms.To monitor timely delivery of billings, statements and reminder letter to purchasers.To prepare or compile reports such as weekly report, monthly management report and cash flow report as required by management.To update all relevant details communicated with debtors for future reference and handle VP, sub-sales, refinancing and etc. Respond positively and professionally to customers queries and work closely with other departments to resolve issue within the stipulated deadline.To assist Direct Superior/Manager on tasks assigned.  What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales administrative or assistant sales and marketing role, preferably in the real estate industryExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities and multitaskStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approachProficient in Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamAble to work on weekend (if required during launches / event)Self-motivated, creative and able to work in a team.Willing to travel Mont Kiara / Bangi / Banting / Puchong


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
