Assistant to Manager (Mandarin Speaking)We are looking for an Assistant to the Manager who is proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Able to communicate well in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
Possess a Diploma or a Degree in any field
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Must own a car (Need to travel)
1 month notice period or less
Assist the Manager in overseeing designated work areas.
Analyze operational information and data to facilitate informed decision-making.
Translate critical documents and meetings effectively.
Prepare comprehensive reports as required.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders.
Address and resolve cross-departmental issues through collaborative efforts.
Execute additional tasks and projects delegated by the Manager.
