We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedAssistant Town Plannerto support our urban planning and development projects.
In this role, you will assist in creating, managing, and implementing plans, policies, and programs while ensuring compliance with local guidelines and requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage AutoCAD drawings for submission to authorities.
Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with guidelines and requirements.
Maintain a strong technical understanding of local authority and technical department standards.
Work independently with a focus on task completion and meeting deadlines.
Assist planners with drawing submissions and client discussions.
Conduct research and analysis on urban planning and development issues.
Perform site inspections to assess land use and zoning compliance.
Prepare reports, plans, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Support town planners in project coordination.
QualificationsDiploma/Certificate in Urban Planning or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Photoshop.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of personal motivation, initiative, and communication skills.
