Redstone Commodity Search is working with an established trading house in their search for an Assistant Trade Manager to join and assist the department's cementitious commodities section.
Key Responsibilities / TasksProvide support to the wider Cement and dry-bulk materials trading team.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Contribute to strategic decision-making and market share in international trading.
Collaborate with other sales offices and other departments, in particular shipping and documentation.
Forecast sales volumes in line with budgeting and planning.
Negotiate and present to customers and clients.
Key Qualifications / Experience2-5 years of experience in raw materials, particularly in dry bulk materials.
Extensive network within the industry, particularly miners, suppliers, and refineries.
Strong understanding of cement is highly preferred.
Familiarity with international banking procedures, dry bulk shipping, and ICC 500.
Fluent English, and proficiency in another Asian language would be an asset.
Dynamic, analytical, goal-oriented, and flexible for overseas travel.
University-level degree, preferably in international trade, engineering, or a similar field.
