Business Development
New partners acquisition, sign-up partners for mortgage leads referral scheme and to grow primary and secondary mortgage market share.
Identify business opportunities, formulate the business development plan, table the strategies, execute proposals with data analytics and conduct competitor analysis.
Increase partner acquisition by rolling out digital marketing campaigns to boost referral and loan acquisition from MPIS channels.
Provide support and product knowledge to mortgage partners and enable them to equip with adequate product knowledge for cross-selling.
Execute marketing strategies and business plans to build and cross-sell Group Consumer Banking products.
Track and monitor partner's referral performance, lead conversion rate, and lead quality.
Maintain strong relationships with external partners for cross-selling opportunities.
End Financing (EF) Empanelment
Source new-to-bank developers, empanel under construction projects to grow End Finance business.
Assess the developer's background; project visibility and marketability by seeking professional advice from panel valuers.
Recommend end-financing limits and follow up with Credit Risk on the end-to-end EF approval.
Review the feasibility of the End Financing application and work closely with the Collateral Management Unit/Risk on emplacement within a reasonable turnaround time.
Assign approved EF projects to the sales team and monitor the EF limit utilization.
Propose marketing campaigns/EF packages to selected projects.
Panel Valuer Empanelment
Propose new valuers/new branch offices as the Bank's panel valuers.
Review valuer alphabetical grouping on a yearly basis.
Conduct panel valuer reviews and submit recommendations to retain/remove the panel valuer.
Operational Excellence and Control
Process MPIS registration, conduct annual reviews on MPIS, developers, panel valuers, etc.
Ensure compliance with the Bank's End Financing, Valuer and Solicitor policy, and Mortgage PIS.
Liaise with Credit Processing Hub (CPH) and Credit Administration Hub (GCA) to ensure good backroom support and efficient processes for project financing.
Provide sales advisory and support, handling queries and feedback from sales and other stakeholders and addressing issues arising related to external partnerships.
Maintain and manage the Sales Lead Management System (SLMS) and MPIS Online Referral Platform (MPIS Microsite).
Attend to change requests for system enhancements of SLMS and MPIS Microsite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
