JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Assist in the discussion with business users to gather the dashboard and report requirements.
Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight.
Document & catalog the data flows, data definitions and KPIs.
Work with the operational systems owners to gather the data sources and understand the data flow.
Optimize data and data pipeline, as well as optimizing data flow and collection.
Work with business users to gather reports sign-off.
Collaborate with data stakeholders and stewards on the verification and the accuracy of the information collected.
Monitor data performance and modify infrastructure as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
WHO YOU ARE:
BA/BS/MS degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Math background preferred.
Knowledge in developing dashboards & reports using data visualization tools.
Knowledge in AWS QuickSight is an advantage.
Proficient in SQL & MS-Excel.
Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work with all levels of personnel from business teams to senior management.
Ability to communicate well technically, both orally and in written form.
