Associate Director, Advisory & Insolvency

We are looking for a potential candidate for the Advisory & Insolvency team.Job Responsibilities:
To lead the team in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements which include (i) liquidation, (ii) receivership, (iii) judicial management, (iv) scheme of arrangement, (v) monitoring / special accountant, and (vi) debt restructuring.
To manage progress, scheduling, and delivery of work.
To perform financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals.
To coach and guide junior team members, and review their work.
To plan delegation of work and team tasks, and support team members.
To assist with special project(s), as assigned, and complete them timely.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in a relevant industry.
Preferably with a professional qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Able to speak and write in English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Outspoken.
